Semi-Private Golf Courses in Cabo

A semi-private course allows members as well as guests. With semi-private courses, guests pay higher green fees than members and may not get all the benefits that members get.

Private courses generally require a membership to play the course or you must be accompanied by a member.

If you are not an active member, it’s best to make sure before you leave if you are allowed on the course.

The green fees in Cabo range anywhere from $90-$300.

Green fees vary based on the membership status of the golfer, time of day, season of the year and other factors. 

Many courses also offer twilight hours - a reduced rate later in the day

Club Rentals

Many of the golf courses in Cabo offer golf club rentals so you don’t have to travel with all your golf gear.

Most of the courses have variety of options for club rentals. Courses offer rental sets which range from Taylor series to  Callaway RazorHawk Woods. Check out the individual courses for the specific clubs that they offer.

The average price for club rentals in Cabo ranges from $25-$65.

Cart Rentals

Almost all of the courses in the Los Cabos area offer golf cart rentals. At some of the locations, the cart rental fee is included in the green fee.

You may walk on many of the courses, but beware that in the summer the temperatures rise above a 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

If you frequently golf in the Cabo area, one option is to become an active member of one of the golf clubs in the area. Membership generally requires an introductory price plus annual membership fees.  However, some of these fees can be rather high. 

Also if you are a member of a golf club back home, you might have reciprocal benefits at some of the Cabo golf courses. You should check with your home club to see what courses you have access to.

There are a number of annual Cabo golf tournaments.. Check the events calendar to find out if a tournament is happening when you are in Cabo.
