If the one of the caboCAMS or the liveWEATHER station are not uploading on a regular basis, as they should, please consider the following:

Phone Service:  The phone lines in this part of the world are not nearly as efficient as they are in some other
places.  Sometimes our phone lines are fine, at other times they don't seem to want to allow the any transmission of images up to the Internet.  Remember that phone lines are what carry the images up to the Internet.  Even though we  now have fairly fast DSL service it slows drastically or goes out without warning for hours, even days, at a time.

Electricity:  Electricity is needed to run the cameras and the computers that upload those images, by way of the phone lines, to the Internet.  Electricity service here, is at best, erratic.  We are plagued by spikes and brown outs and total failure, especially in (but not limited to) the summer.

ISP's:  Internet Service Providers here are up against the same problems listed above, thus compounding
these problems, plus a few more. Technicians are hard to find here, training a technician is very difficult,
if not impossible.   ISP's experience the very same problems with electricity and phone lines. If they are 
having problems, then their clients have problems.  I have three different ISP's.  Sometimes, even that is not sufficient for handling my needs, as they are all off line.

So, please have a little patience before you let us know of a poor picture.  It is very difficult to maintain these cameras and the weather station.  Parts are non existent, if needed.   Service is available only in the U.S., and sending the parts out for repair is almost a joke.  The problem is not with transportation, but with local agencies that must inspect and stamp the cartons before they can be shipped, and it is even worse when they are sent back.  It is a nightmare if something goes wrong.

Sending us an E-mail with a polite note that a camera or the weather station is not working is greatly appreciated. You might spot the breakdown before we do; we will make all attempts to get somebody to reset the cameras.
