If I plan on bringing my young children with us to Cabo, is there anyway we can get someone to watch them for us?

I would suggest contacting your hotel first. Many hotels offer babysitting services as well as kids clubs.
Also, if you are staying with a villa company, they often have someone they can arrange for you.
