    I think there'll be some internet cafes everywhere in Cabo. Even the hotels would have Wifi services.

    There are quite a few restaurants that offer free wifi while you have a cup of coffee or a drink. The hotels may charge for wifi, but they may also have a "business center" that you may be able to use without additional charges.

    There's a Starbucks in San Jose that will have wifi

    If you think not having wifi might be a real issue, I'd try to plan ahead of time and try to know what hotels and coffee shops might be around you at any given time. Just knowing what's in the general area should suffice.
