There is something about Manuel’s Creative Cuisine that makes it stand out in your mind.
Maybe it’s the deliciously creative and fresh dishes. Maybe it’s chef Manuel Arredondo’s experience and attention to detail. Or maybe it’s the #1 rating on Trip Advisor.
Personally, I think it’s a combination of the first two that make Manuel’s Creative Cuisine a unique Cabo San Lucas dining experience that shouldn’t be missed.
I got the amazing chance to chat with Manuel in his restaurant located at The Shoppes at Palmilla.
He showed me his wall of accomplishments; he has served former President George H.W. Bush for his 80th birthday and been the head chef for the World Energy Congress – serving over 3,500 people.
Manuel taught me how to make his jumbo scallops and showed me how to mix his signature drink – the M3, which stands for Manuel’s Martini Margarita. Both were fantastic!
Not everyone has the freshest seafood from Baja in their kitchen, but we can still have a taste of Cabo with Manuel’s M3. I hope everyone enjoys!
